Questions, answered.
Straight answers about scope, contracts, ownership and results.
Do I have to engage all five pillars at once?
No. About a third of our clients engage on a single pillar (usually paid media or website optimization). About half engage on two or three pillars. The remaining clients run all five. The right shape depends on where the highest-ROI gap is in your current setup, we'll tell you that on the free audit before we propose a scope.
What's the minimum monthly engagement?
For paid media, we typically work with accounts spending $5,000+/month on ads. Below that, agency math rarely works for either side. For non-paid pillars (SEO/AEO, website optimization, social, strategic support), pricing is a flat management fee scoped to the work. Either way, we quote the structure that fits your situation after a free audit, never a fixed package and never the most expensive one.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We work month-to-month. Annual contracts with cancellation fees are an agency pricing move, not a client-protection move, they make sense only after 90 days of demonstrated performance. We'd rather you stay because the work is good than because you're locked in.
Who actually runs my engagement day-to-day?
A senior strategist, the same person you meet on the kickoff call. We deliberately keep client load low per strategist so each engagement gets weekly hands-on attention. We don't bait-and-switch with a senior pitch and a junior delivery.
What verticals do you specialize in?
Real estate, SaaS & B2B, healthcare, home services, financial services, ecommerce, legal, education, and travel & hospitality, nine in total. Each has its own playbook because performance marketing is run very differently across them. We don't take engagements in verticals we don't have a playbook for.
What countries do you serve?
United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Each market gets its own campaign architecture, what works in Sydney isn't what works in Manchester isn't what works in Phoenix.
How long until I see results?
Depends on the pillar. Paid media lifts lead volume within 2–4 weeks; lead quality (i.e. lead-to-customer conversion) usually takes 60–90 days because Smart Bidding needs that long to learn from CRM offline conversion imports. Website optimization usually produces measurable conversion lift within 4–6 weeks. SEO & AEO show first traction in 90–180 days, with compounding gains over 6–12 months. Social media follows the slowest curve, meaningful audience and demand-creation effect in 4–8 months. Anyone promising 'results in 30 days' across all pillars is measuring the wrong thing.
Do I keep ownership of my ad accounts, analytics, and content?
Yes, always. We work as a managed service inside your accounts, not via reseller setups. You retain full administrative ownership of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, social handles, and any content we produce. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
What's included in the free audit?
A recorded Loom walkthrough of your current setup in whichever pillar is most relevant, paid media campaign structure, website conversion infrastructure, or SEO content strategy, plus a written 30-day action plan with prioritized fixes. The Loom and the plan are yours to keep regardless of whether you engage further.
Do you mark up ad spend or make money on the back end?
No. Our only revenue is the management fee you see, either percentage-of-spend (for paid media) or flat retainer (for the other pillars), whichever is appropriate. We don't run media via reseller accounts, don't take vendor kickbacks, and don't have undisclosed referral arrangements with platforms or influencer networks.
Can you handle Performance Max?
Yes, but with significant guardrails most agencies don't use. Performance Max can leak 30–50% of budget when configured Google's default way (broad targeting, branded queries included, no value signals). We deploy it with branded-query exclusions, value-based bidding tied to actual ACV signals, and tight asset-group structures so it scales without cannibalizing better campaigns.
What if my current setup is already doing fine?
Then we'll tell you that. The free audit isn't a sales tool, about a third of audits we do conclude with 'your current setup is doing the right things, here are two minor refinements and you're set.' Even in that case the recorded walkthrough is yours to keep.
